The net of the process that we'd discussed in the past is that vendors
listed on that page need to be personally vouched for by one or more
full committer. As a project-founding full committer, obviously you
qualify. ;-)

p.s. I'm fine with any full committer who wants to be listed adding
themself without any sort of "seconding" by another full committer.
