The state becamed better.

Tha changes affected Svn::Ra::Session#status{,2} and
Svn::Ra::Session#switch{,2}. And there are no tests for them. So, I tested
them now and noticed they were buggy. I confirmed that the changes also
fix bugs of the Ruby bindings.

# I'll add test for them to trunk later.
