Thank you very much for your detailed guide! I am interested in Emacs,
luckily, there is a Chinese Emacs board at newSMTH BBS(http://newsmth.net),
I will go to seek help.

Maybe I need two or more weeks to finish the translation because I'm not familiar
with rules about open source development and I also work for my boss. I hope
I can catch the final 1.4.0 release.
