I view that "long obsolete" assertion as wildly incorrect and quite
presumptuous. I, at least, have some WCs that have the apr and
apr-util dirs underneath it (primarily client-only systems where I
don't build httpd). On those systems, I just run Subversion's
autogen.sh to trigger the APR and APR-util buildconf's. -- justin
