Well, for starters, the Perl bindings don't build on Windows:
--------------------Configuration: swig_perl_core - Win32 Release--------------------
Compiling...
core.c
C:\Home\brane\src\svn\httpd-2.0.54\srclib\apr\include\apr.h(351) : warning C4142: benign redefinition of type
C:\Home\brane\src\svn\httpd-2.0.54\srclib\apr\include\apr.h(352) : warning C4142: benign redefinition of type
..\..\..\subversion\bindings\swig\perl\libsvn_swig_perl\swigutil_pl.h(38) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'svn_private_config.h': No such file or directory
Error executing cl.exe.
The type-redefiniton warnings are expected, but the include path seems
to be broken.
I'm testing the RC since I never tested the bindings anyway, and will +1
the release candidate if the tests pass, but this is a showstopper for
the actual release.
