+1 for the .zip (Win32, MSVC6, neon-0.25.5, httpd-2.0.54 + associated
APR, bdb-4.4.20).

Another problem I found is that svnserve with --fs-type=bdb hangs
randomly; but I blame the virus scanner for that. Unfortunately, I don't
have a mcahine _without_ a virus scanner handy at the moment ...
