I've got the same errors with 1.3.1 that I've reported once for 1.3.0:

But now I've identified that this problem is caused by "--enable dso"
option for configure script. I'm using "--enable dso" since
subversion-1.2.0, and it was 1.3.0 when I faced with problems for the
first time.
So, I know the workaround for this now, but if this option is still
supported, it should be fixed, I think.
