This is already obsolete, I think.

Subversion 1.0 was the "replace CVS" release, but we are now in
territory beyond CVS. While there's no reason to ignore CVS usage
patterns and interfaces, as one data point among many, CVS is no
longer the driving force behind Subversion's direction. You should,
in fact, expect most "rational discussion of Subversion features" to
happen outside the context of existing CVS features.
