If you don't mind me doing it, I'll do it. I've recently changed code
there and am still working through the resulting conclusions. I'll
post about it tonight, hopefully resolving the issue over the
holidays.

PS: If you do have time to spend: there's no blame test failing, which
I find alarming. Could you write a test?
