I would think so. From what I can tell, each Realm server could have a
working copy of the repository, and when you're ready to update the
servers, just get each one to do a "svn update".

If you want informal support, then the users list (cc'ed - where this
question should really go) can be of huge help. Alternatively, a
number of companies offer more formal SVN support - including the
original sponsors - http://www.collab.net/subversion/

If you need functionality changes to SVN, you can either make them
yourself (with assistance from the dev list), or you may be able to
find someone else willing to take it on. I would think that the
likelihood of the latter increases with the amount of money you're
offering, though.
