Heck, I'm not even sure what header the SVN_UNUSED_PARAMETER macro
definition should go into. None of the files in subversion/include seem a
perfect fit. Should I create a new header just for this? It would make the
most organizational sense, but seems overkill, especially seeing as how
Subversion has, at least so far, needed almost nothing of this type and is
thus not likely to quickly fill in such a file with other macros and such.
Is it possible to filigree this onto svn-private-config.h through autoconf
somehow? I haven't worked much with autoconf myself, so I don't know what
is possible and what is appropriate...
