New mailing list for os400 port?

Could I get a mailing list setup for the os/400 port? Something like
os400@subversion.tigris.org.

I intend to direct users to use the users@ list for general questions, but
I want to have someplace else they can ask os/400 specific questions, such
as about installing or configuring Subversion on OS/400 or setting up a
server etc. Or hopefully, even questions about how to setup a build
environment on OS/400.

I think it would just be better in general if that sort of traffic were in
its own location since there will be so few people that can answer those
questions and I would prefer to keep all traffic flowing through the
Subversion project location in general.
