KDE now using svn?

It looks like KDE is now using subversion? Can any KDE folks confirm
this?

This wiki link seems to indicate that:

And their repository URL is browsable and checkout-able:

https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/

Notice the prominent CVSROOT/ directory in their trunk.

Not only that, but my web browser says they're using svn 1.1.4...
they're from the future!
