A couple of comments.
* r13090 - I tested this one when Patrick created the patch (I made the
backport for 1.1.x) and it works correctly. We could use this JavaHL fix
in Subclipse. Without it, paths with spaces do not work correctly. This
can be a common problem because IBM's Eclipse-based IDE WSAD used to create
J2EE projects with folders named "Java Source" and "Web Content".
Second, while I imagine this does not apply to the Perl/Python bindings
which are heavily used, do you think that for JavaHL the voting
requirements could be reduced to 2 votes? That would allow the person who
made the patch, and one other reviewer to approve it. It seems like there
are only 3-4 voters tops that have any interest in this binding, so it is
harder to get backports approved if all of those people do not have the
time to evaluate it.
