svn 1.1.4: Time to set a deadline?

Backport voting has proceeded acceptably for the most part.

Personally, there are 3 items remaining unapproved which I think are very
important - these are the three svndumpfilter fixes - they involve 2
dataloss bugs and 1 crippling memleak.

However, in order to get things moving, I think it is time to set a deadline
for the release. If Justin is still willing to be RM, perhaps he would like
to choose? I suggest we allow at least 3 more days for voting.
