Yes, I agree on this, I just thought the "WC" was kind of misplaced as
it's an abbreviation decending from nowhere, as we never refer to the WC
as "working copy" anywhere.

Another suggestion while I'm at it:

I'd really like to use «» instead of '' in nb.po . It looks nicer, and
though HACKING says that single forward quotes should be used, there is
a loophole in TRANSLATING:

  The project has standardised the use of quotes. Some translation
  teams have done the same. If there is no translation team for your
  locale or they did not standardise quoting, please follow the project
  guidelines per HACKING.

The use of quotes is standardised in Norwegian, so it seems as it's
possible to use «» instead. To quote from the guidelines at
<http://i18n.skolelinux.no/retningslinjer.html#destHeader1034>:

  In Norwegian we consistently use « and » as quotes. These glyphs exist
  in ISO-8859-1 and are completely unproblematic to use.
