OK, so we go for one blank after a period. I thought it had something to do
with better display on consoles / editors.

Great, one more step towards consistency :-) How shall we proceed? Will you
work top-down and I go bottom up? Your Choice, just tell me which section
you'll be working on.
I suggest to split the translation job roughly in the middle at line 3108
between libsvn_client and libsvn_fs.
