If he has 2 helper maintainers, I'd like to invite him to do his
translation work directly in the Subversoin repository. That
eliminates the double work that would be created by mirroring his
translation in the Subversion repository.
That said, I don't really like to mirror the translation in the
Subversion repository, since it creates management overhead and
problems such as 'which one is the master'.
