[BOOK] Translation into Japanese

Hi,

Tez Kamihira translated the Subversion book into Japanese and put it
on http://subversion.bluegate.org/ one and a half years ago
(See http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=33570 ).
Since then he has been updating it based on comments from other Japanese
users or on the update of its original.

Now, for convenience for Japanese users, I would like to create a
directory doc/translations/japanese and include the Japanese book there.
Of course, I'll update it when he do so.

I have many things to do now and I cannot reliably say when I'll work.
But will you give me a permission?
