Changing *.po to UTF-8

Installing it *now* invalidates both po files in the repository. Although
the sooner the better, I'd like the two contributers personally.

Which brings me to consulting COMMITTERS to find Nicolas' e-mail; turns out
he's not in there...

Anyway; Nicolas, Peter, the po files will be converted to UTF-8 at the first
available opportunity.
