I actually tried a number of commands before my last post, and it is not
completely consistent, but double quotes are used a lot more than single
quotes, so it's at least as close to consistent as you can get. :-)

The important thing is the translation. The quotation style is a minor
issue, but I wanted to know why you choose double quotes, and I'm happy
with your answer. The link to the translation project was a much better
argument than the opinion that it looks strange.

Just let me know when you're (almost) done, and I'll try to review the
translation.
