[PATCH] German Translation Book

Hi there,

i have translated the first chapter (ch00.xml not 100% complete...and
parts
of ch01.xml)...continuing working on it....as i mentioned before...

I have attachment the current state of the files here.

It would be nice if some can create a tree under
'/doc/translation/' using the name 'german'
and put the complete english book into a directory named
 'book' and replace the two files in that
directory with those which have been attached here.

FYI: In the files i have let the original text in there
     to make it easier to proofread the german text and check
     translation. In parts i have removed the original
     text. This means it has been proofread by an other
     person (thanks to my wife ;-).

I have not made a patch file, cause this would have produced
ca. 900 KB patch with the complete tree as i recommend before...
