No, I meant svn.collab.net. Although the list of people who can upload
to subversion.tigris.org is even larger (I can do the second, but not
the first), and can be expanded much more easily because it doesn't
require any kind of privileged access to the server.

AFAIK Jostein was asking for the tarballs to be uploaded to
svn.collab.net. We put the tarballs there becasue Sourcecast doesn't
maintain a user-friendly hierarchy of document URLs...
