Do you mean subversion.tigris.org? Because currently they sit on
subversion.tigris.org/tarballs/... which as far as I know require
someone from CollabNet to upload to. But I could be wrong. I'm going
off my memory here of Josander asking people to put the releases up for
him. But mayb eI'm remembering wrong. Karl's done the last few
releases for the most part...
