For me, I think the conservatism should be in the nature of the
changeset, not in the number of votes needed. That's why I objected to
adding 'blame -v' to 1.0.1... it's an enhancement, not a bugfix. I'm
hoping we all agree that 1.0.1 should be about non-risky bugfixes, not
new features.
