Suggestion for book TOC: one level deeper

I know nothing about Docbook, so I don't know how to do this myself,
nor do I know if it's doable at all, or desirable. But: I'd *love*
to be able to see each subcommand of `svn' in the table of contents.
Right now all I see is

    8. Subversion Complete Reference

        The Subversion Command Line Client: svn

            svn Switches
            svn Subcommands

        svnadmin

            svnadmin Switches
            svnadmin Subcommands

        svnlook

            svnlook Switches
            svnlook Subcommands

but I wish I saw

                svn cat
