Ok. So where exactly should I have put the copy of the patch to show
that it compiles correctly in the trunk? That's the part I'm missing.

I should have just not included it? How would I be getting the mandrake
system to the point where Mika would be able to try it out?

Since Mika was working on the patch in the first place with Cedric and
Patrick, what *should* the chain of events been?

I haven't modified the file I received in any way shape or form.
