Ooh. Karl just pointed out that the CVS folks had lots of issues with
folks who wanted to use "cvs" as a name for their working copy names,
and on case-insensitive platforms, that caused a clash. So, the name
should be something like "svn-admin" or (if we want to follow the lead
of Microsoft Frontpage, Heaven forbid...) "_svn" or (as Karl suggests)
"SVNADM" ...
