Great, thanks! For reviewing, exactly which revisions need to be
looked at? Is it just

   6721, 6722, and 6794

(i.e., those are the ones that will eventually be merged into trunk)?

Since we're now fairly close to 0.28's release, I'd like move this
issue into 0.29, and merge to trunk only after the other 0.28 issues
are done (so we have one clean revision from which to branch the
release). Fortunately, this gives David Waite time to finish SSL
support on the branch anyway.

I think there's no need to "refresh" the branch with the recent trunk
changes, because the work that's been happening in trunk is unlikely
to interfere with anything David needs to do. So the recipe now is
just a one-stepper:

   1. Leave the branch in place, tell David that it's ready for him to
add SSL support. That's all :-).

When he's done, we'll merge exactly the revisions above + David's new
revisions from branch to trunk, and enable Neon 0.24, and hopefully
still have enough time for testing before SVN 0.29 is due.

Sound good?
