Suggestion: An utility folder in Subversion's home page

Hi,

I suggest that we make an utility folder in Subversion's file sharing
area. It should contain misc. files and programs needed by programmers
and end users.

Here is why:
* What if I (or someone else) drops dead, are getting mad and
smokes my toes or are kidnapped by aliens:
-Where can you for example get right version of Inno Setup that
works with the current Windows Installer (I never use a new
Inno version before it's known to be rock stable).

* I just saw in users@subversion.tigris.org that a Windows user
was suggested to use the patch program for recovering a
repository. The user will wonder: Patch, ehh mv? What is this?
-Maybe it's a good idea to have the mingw (msys) versions of
some programs in an utility folder? Maybe even the msys shell.

The reason for having a folder like this don't have to be dramatic
either.
Let's say that I'm on holiday in another country and have forgot to burn
a CD with all the needed programs when a new Windows installation should
come out. What should I do?

Any thoughs?

Jostein
