Notice that the URL's as generated from the relative links include the semicolon
and revision, as required.

As an added bonus, VMS has had a versioned filesystem since the beginning of
time, and it uses a semicolon followed by the revision number. So all of the
VMS people will be instantly comfortable. :~)
