With regard to svn_load_dirs.pl, if we're not going to support it, we
shouldn't be mentioning it in the book. That said, there is a TODO
somewhere to rewrite the section of the book on vendor branches, and I
think Mike said something about just not mentioning svn_load_dirs.pl at all.
