Yep. The plan is to upgrade to 4.1.25 again, but this time budget a
day to deal with possible fallout. It's likely that there won't be
any; as Greg pointed out, the build had some bad linkage, and this may
explain why we saw what we saw (for example, if an Apache process
exited unexpectedly, then the DB could be left needing recovery).

When will that upgrade be? Probably soon, but I want to coordinate it
w/ Mike Pilato (who is out today).
