No, I mean it is formated as

I'd like see

 <meta content="text/html; charset=Shift-JIS" http-equiv="Content-Type">
 <title>Subversion: $B8x<0%,%$%I(B</title>

if it is written in Shift-JIS, because some poor web browser (for instance
w3m) can't render your page correctly.
