I got it.
I've just fixed it. Why don't you try again ?

BTW, Because of tracking the original English content easily,
I actually maintain *.xml files, instead of book.html.
book.html is auto-generated by them, using "docbook-xsl"
document framework.

The bottom line is, this time's fix is very ad hoc.
I have to learn about "docbook-xsl" more deeply to solve this
problem completely.

Just moment.
