I will gladly accept any patches that help the book conform to the
O'Reilly Style Guide. We can vote all we want, but when the book goes
to production, they're going to edit it to follow the style guide, and
I'm fine with the style guide. We might as well make the least amount
of work for them as possible--after all, they're publishing it *and*
letting us give it away for free.
