As I said elsewhere, Subversion is not doing the globbing and therefore
can't tell the difference between "svn add foo bar" and "svn add *" if
your cwd happens to contain just foo and bar. So in this case,
developers will just have to learn, and your idealistic optimism (or
optimistic idealism? :-) will be vindicated.

What's an "optimist against all evidenve", then? :-)
