As long as the user approved it, I think it's fine. There should be a
way to get implicit approval via the configuration files, of course,
for those who don't want to be prompted every time.

Also, there needs to be some way to prevent the prompt, without
implying approval. For example, some wrappers need to know that svn
will not go interactive on them. They might pass "--username" and
"--password" explicitly. Should SVN prompt about storing then, or
not?
