My expectation is to do the following:

Prompt for approval on saving new credentials EXCEPT when:
 - --no-auth-cache is passed (deny)
 - store-password = no in the config file (deny)

But, I plan for authentication caching to be on by default. It's
just that there will be a user prompt with explicit approval.
(Daniel Berlin posted a decent prompt message.)

(I wonder if store-password = yes would indicate implicit approval.)

I should be able to get to it next week sometime... -- justin
