can't find it now, get always a zero sized reply.
but the reasons are very simple:
- if it is hidden in unix, it should be hidden on windows.
- end-users don't care about it, and should not touch it.
- if you wnat to see them use the explorer properties and
you see them

We had this discussion a long time ago, and concluded that hidden
was not appropriate for .svn. I don't remember the reasons, but if
you search the archives, you can find the thread.
