Oh, my phrasing was wrong. I didn't mean to imply that we should use
svnserve to get general support on Win9x. I meant only that we could
make this a perk of using the ra-svn protocol. But yeah, a sentinel
would do the job more universally. Heck, if you write it for Windows,
you might as well do the same for the other platforms. Surely they
could all benefit from a hovering cleaner-upper process.
