Registry template for Win32 changed?

Hi,
I installed svn-0.16.1-r4276-setup.exe.
My computer is behind a firewall and now I cannot check out the
subversion sources any more.

I looked at the registry template in the subversion folder and it
seems, that nothing has changed:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Tigris.org\Subversion\Servers\DEFAULT]
"host"="(your proxy host here)"
"port"="(your proxy port here)"
"username"="(your proxy username here)"
"password"="(your proxy password here)"
"timeout"="(timeout in seconds, omit or use 0 to get a default)"

Is there a new location for the settings?
