I see that debian layout is changed in
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/apr/config.layout and
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/apr-util/config.layout
but why does other layouts, such as GNU, RedHat, SuSE or others still
remain not having libsuffix?
