Enhancement to commit-email.pl?

Hi,

commit-email.pl is quite good and does mostly what I want.

However, instead of doing an actual diff and sending that in
the e-mail, what I would prefer is output that provides
ViewCVS URL's to the repository.

The output I am thinking of would look like that of
the FreeBSD commit script, for example, see:

http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/archive/2002/cvs-all/20021231.cvs-all.html

Has anyone worked on something like this?
