If it had been anything more than an hour or two, I'd agree. But in
this case, the old release was pulled so quickly that hardly anyone
had time to get it -- and those who did are probably on this list :-).

So in general, yes, but we needn't bother here. Especially since if
someone *does* succeed in building their 0.16, it means that they
either worked around the build artifacts or got the second tarball
(i.e., the Subversion code is not affected either way).
