Look at the top of each chapter in the book. If you see a notation
like this:

<!-- This chapter is slated for mass rewriting. If you're adding
     content or fixing things, please understand that your changes,
     while certainly influencing the resultant chapter, might
     themselves get lost in the mix. -->

...then it probably isn't worth your effort to send feedback on that
chapter.

However, if the chapter doesn't have that (I think chapter 2 and 7
right now fit this description), then please send fixes in the form of
regular patch files.
