svn book corrrections

Hi all, specifically Ben and Brian Fitz,

I'm reading through the svn book and am noticing a few things which
need cleaning up. Mostly just typos, and the like, but a few things
which I think need a little more clarification.

I'm curious how you'd like "bug" reports on the book dealt with. Or,
more importantly, are you even ready to deal with this type of thing
yet? If you'd rather not be distracted with the minutia right now
and keep focused on getting the book as a whole closer to completion,
I understand. If you do want corrections and the like now, I'm more
than happy to send them to you, but I'd like to know if you have a
preferred means of dealing with them.
