dsp files

Hey,
Before I post a fs patch.

Is that dsp generator done yet? :-)

I'm still spinning up on windows development. ... OK so all I've done is
install visual c++ and SQLServer:-)

My question is this; should I:
1. Attempt to update the dsp files and risk breaking them?
2. Hold off my patch until I have actually compiled under windows?
3. Punt to the windows wizards to make the dsp changes?
