Oh, no prob with the commit. It's fine to have it in the tree and
tweak it up afterwards.

Not sure about "options", it's hard to know what it means (one thing
that makes me wary is it's hard to imagine a config parameter that
*wouldn't* be at home in a section named "options"). I still think
"dav" is a more useful name for the section... others?
