Yeah, Greg wasn't too happy with the 'miscellany' thing either, but
then when I pointed out that global_ignores used that section, he
said, "Hmph."

I think we agreed that we should remove the 'miscellany' section, but
since I didn't create this mess that we should go ahead and just
commit this (since Ben needed it) and then come back later and redo
the section (including global_ignores). I think 'options' was the
preferred section name, but I'll leave that to the 'big brains.' --
